Regarding products with a request-based reservation system

  confirmed after the guest submits a booking request, and the Host determines availability and responds with
  confirmation. Please note that actual availability may change at any time, as bookings are accepted on a request
  basis.

• Due to changes in availability, Host circumstances, natural disasters, weather conditions, or other factors, it may
  not be possible to secure a booking on the desired date, or the event may be canceled on short notice.

Cases where the discount does not apply

• If a booking is changed to be outside the eligible period.
• In cases where the host or organizer decides to cancel the event (due to rain or other conditions)
• When the host has no availability and the event cannot be arranged within the eligible period.
• When the event is canceled by the host before the scheduled date.
• If a booking made outside the eligible period is modified (e.g., shortened dates) to fall within the eligible period, it
  will not qualify for the discount due to system limitations.
• If additional payment is required for a booking made during the discount period, the booking must be canceled
  and rebooked. In this case, if the new booking cannot be made during the discount period, the discount will not
  apply.
• If you are unable to make a booking during the discount period due to high traffic or maintenance, the discount
  will not apply.
